How many hobbies do people have? You might never find a girl who doesn't like to adhere to Mehendi to feel pretty. I have been applying Mehendi since my childhood. But no one makes time to do it for me. Belonging to a joint family and having a working mom never helped much cause she could hardlyget extra time to do it for me before Eid or festivals. I would go to one of my neighbors but once on Eid, she said "I am busy, I can't give you time". Her speech bothered me a lot. After hearing her words I felt so bad & also shy! I questioned myself why can't I know how to apply Mehendi?! If everyone can, why can't I?
In that night, for the first time, I tried a little bit for applying Mehendi. Although the design was not beautiful I felt very peaceful. My mother encouraged me all time. After that time, in every eid, I have to apply Mehendi to my relatives. At a time it becomes my responsibility. Not only family members but also my friends are also supporting me all time.
In 2019, finally, I opened a page, named ZOHRA'S HENNA WORLD. The page was opened under the pressure of friends but at that time I did not know much about this sector! The first time, I uploaded my work but I was not sincere at that time. In 2020, the covid 19 virus attacks on our country, lockdown also started. That time I had enough time to explore my work. I tried to introduce my work to people and grow my page by joining various groups & posting my work. I started taking bookings in lockdown and tried to move forward.
When I confirmed the first booking, my mother was so happy. She always praises my work. During this short time, I've met a lot of new people, They give me support also. Every client is important to me. I always try to give full effort to make client's day special. It's given me much pleasure when brides share their picture when the proper color comes. Applying Mehendi is a passion of mine. Though I am still a learner & hope to do better in the future. I love my work so much.
